At Grown Leo, we want you to love your jewelry — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 




🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy 

We accept returns and exchanges for all eligible U.S. orders within 7 days of shipment from our facility. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at support@grownleo.com or via live chat. We’ll provide you with a prepaid, fully insured FedEx return label. 

⚠️ Returns or exchanges sent without using our provided label will be returned to sender. 

Once your return label is issued, your package must be scanned by FedEx within 7 days. Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

📦 Eligibility Requirements 

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

💎The item must be new, unworn, and unaltered condition 

💎Items must include original packaging and documentation 

💎The return must use our provided FedEx label 

💎Returns must be sent from within the United States 

We kindly ask that you use the original box and avoid oversized packaging to prevent additional shipping fees. Should Grown Leo incur excess shipping costs due to oversized packaging, we may collect that fee from the customer. 




🚫 Final Sale Items 

The following are not eligible for return or exchange: 

💎Personalized or engraved jewelry pieces, excluding engagement rings and wedding bands

💎Any special orders or custom jewelry requests, excluding engagement rings and wedding bands

💎Items marked as final sale on the product page 





💳 Refund & Exchange Details 

💎Shipping charges are non-refundable 

💎Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process after your return is received 

💎To expedite an exchange, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order 

💎Customers are allowed two complimentary returns per calendar year 

💎A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns (provided by Customer Service) 




🔄 Return Processing Timeline 

💎Returns are processed Monday through Friday and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. 

💎Please allow 5 to 15 business days for the full return process to be completed. 

Once your return is processed: 

💎Credit card refunds are submitted within 3 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post funds. 

💎Bank wire refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after return processing. Refunds will be sent via bank wire or ACH. 

💎PayPal refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks. 

⏳ Note: Return processing times may be longer following major holidays due to high volume. 





📦 Return Shipments 

If you're expecting an item to be shipped back to you (such as in an exchange or repair): 

💎You will receive an email once your outbound shipment date has been set 

💎A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your item ships 




✏️ Cancel or Change an Order 

To make a change or cancel your order, please email a Grown Leo Support at support@grownleo.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships. 

Please note: 

💎Some changes may cause shipping delays 

💎We cannot cancel or alter special orders or orders that have already shipped 

💎If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return once it has been delivered
